  15. CharConv is a program that can convert plain text files between different
  16. character sets. Currently built-in character sets are Amiga (Latin-1),
  17. IBM PC (CodePage 437), SF7 (Swedish/Finnish 7-bit) and Macintosh.

  19. New feature in 1.4: CharConv can now also use the *.crossdos files in
  20. l:FileSystem_Trans for converting.

  22. Another feature of CharConv is that you can change the End of Line
  23. character(s) in the file to CR, LF or CRLF.

  25. CharConv is a free program released under the concept of FreeWare.
